5. Investigation and Resolution

Upon receipt of a complaint, NISA Staffing Solutions will undertake a prompt and thorough investigation. The investigation may include interviews with the complainant, the alleged offender, and any other individuals who may have relevant information. Upon completion of the investigation, a determination will be made, and appropriate corrective action will be taken if necessary.

6. Corrective Action

If it is determined that a violation of this EEO Policy has occurred, NISA Staffing Solutions will take appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination of employment. Corrective actions may include, but are not limited to, counseling, training, written warnings, suspension, and termination.

7. Non-Retaliation

NISA Staffing Solutions will not tolerate retaliation against any employee or applicant who, in good faith, makes a complaint of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, participates in an investigation, or opposes discriminatory practices. Any employee found to have engaged in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

8. Responsibilities

All employees, managers, and supervisors are responsible for adhering to this EEO Policy and ensuring a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Managers and supervisors are expected to enforce this policy and report any violations to the Human Resources Department or EEO Officer.

9. Policy Review

NISA Staffing Solutions will periodically review and update this EEO Policy to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to reflect best practices in promoting equal employment opportunities.
